A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for reservation

Summer Rates:

 Weekly: …………….   $225 (includes electric)

1 -2 Months…………   $450 +electric                      

3 – 4 Months………..  $425 + electric

5 -6 Months…………   $375+ electric

Winter Season:

October 1st- March 31st; Or 6 months; or any part of is $2250.00

     

Permanent:   First 6 months at 5- 6 month rate of $375+ electric                                                        After 6 months,…… $300.00 + electric, (beginning on the 7th month)

Unit must be “skirted” within 60 days of moving into the park.
